Popular singer Justin Bieber created his own record when he received a payment of RM47 million for a pre-wedding party for the son of the richest man in Asia, Mukesh Ambani, namely Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant yesterday.
The sumptuous payment received by Bieber at once beat the amount received by singer Rihanna at Anant and Radhika's pre-wedding ceremony last March which was RM38 million.
At the event which was likened to a concert, the husband of the model, Hailey Bieber sang his hit songs including Baby, Where Are U Now, All That Matters, Cold Water and Peaches.
The event was also graced with the appearance of Bollywood stars such as Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh and Salman Khan.
It is understood that Anant and Radhika will reportedly have their wedding on July 12.
Ambani who is also the 10th richest individual in the world is the owner of Reliance Industries which covers various fields including oil, gas, petrochemicals and the telecommunications industry.
